Israeli Pirates Claim “Self-Defence”

with 3 comments

A highly trained team of crack commandos from a an army with a reputation for efficiency and ruthlessness abseil down onto your unarmed ship just before dawn.  Others attack from the sea from high speed RIBs with grappling hooks.  They are clad all in black with the most advanced military helmets, body armour and night vision goggles.  Each is armed with an ultra- modern, silenced machine pistol and at least one handgun.  They undoubtedly have grenades and other personal weaponry.  They are backed up by missile ships with heavy machine guns and cannons.

They are resisted with any weapon you have available – metal bars, sticks, chairs, knives, anything you can turn to your defence.  Despite their overwhelming weaponry you manage to overpower one or two but they end up opening fire and killing many.

Then they claim self-defence.  They seek sympathy for the fact that you resisted their attack.  They seek to portray themselves as victims.

Quod Erat Demonstrandum.

That Which Is Demonstrates Itself.

  1. Thanks for your comment, I agree but I would be very surprised if the condemnation from Obama is any more than lukewarm. It will be interesting to see how this one develops.

  2. “ultra- modern, silenced machine pistol and at least one handgun.” (?) Really? because the images and videos I have made by IDF AND flotilla’s “pacifists” show painball rifles and handguns which were fired only twice (two times: 2) and were warning shots that happened to be useless given the “pacifists” overwhelmed the preliminary task force formed by regular Israeli Navy troops and it was till their lives were in danger that Israeli Commandos armed with live ammo got on board and shot to kill, after AK-47’s on semi-auto mode were shot against the speed boats (from which no troop ever got to the boat because the were also armed with painball rifles only) and as result of the action 9 hostiles got killed. any life lost that day is cause of sadness, yet they longed to become martyrs, which they got. it’s really sad that humans long for their own violent death just to criminalize the only democracy in Middle East.

    • Moshe, try as you might you cannot defend the indefensible.

Silenced Uzi-variant machine pistols can be seen in many of the pictures. The story about paintball guns is Israeli propaganda. Nine people died so I don’t understand how you can say only four shots were fired. The “hostiles”, the aggressors were the Israelis.

Democracy is an extremely broad church. Hamas (a terrorist orgainisation which I deplore) won the election in Gaza. Until Israel ends the blockade and opens up what is the biggest concentration camp the world has ever seen, there is no chance of fairer elections and “better” democracy in Gaza. Israel itself is no advertisement for democracy at all. Its behaviour in Gaza and with the settlements/land theft is incompatible with any sort of democracy or justice.

There is much that is wrong in the Middle East on all sides but Israel is most in the wrong. Israel must change or, inevitably, as good always triumphs over evil it will destroy itself.
